I've gotten DoorDash from here about 5 or 6 times and it's always amazing. The beefteki patties are my favorite and the rice is amazing too.

I was visiting Sacramento and found this place on Yelp. I've had a lot of Greek food but this place is the best I've ever had. Hands down this place takes the ribbon! The service was very good and the place was very clean. Thank you Yelp community for this recommendation!

12/2/24- Haven't had a decent Greek meal in a while (except our towns Greek Festival).. Lots of errands and finally decided I'd just do an online delivery- Ordered a kids gyro- Greek fries- and the lemon soup ...avgolemono! First time with Uber Eats- and very impressed- Satisfying just enough food! Glad I ordered!

After going to greece recently, this is still my favorite Mediterranean Greek food spot. . Love coming here during happy hour with friends. We love the drinks and food. . Happy hour drink - we love our 3 dollar pint glass cold pbr. Past blue ribbon beer. Draft style which is even better. . Happy hour food - we love the mixed kebab plate which us called souvlaki plate. I love the pork kebab it's so juicy and chewy. The chicken kebab is great too which features white chicken meat. Love the veggie kebab as well. You try one of each kebab during happy hour because the happy option for 9 dollars get you 3 slices of hot piping fresh pita bread and 3 sticks of kebab your choice of meat. . Also try the Petra fries - it's so crispy and topped with fresh Feta cheese. . Overall we love coming here to hang out and have a few beers to work out the appetite and enjoy some good greek street food which is souvlaki. Hope this review helps and thanks for reading. Over the years, I've enjoyed Petra's gyros, meat & chicken skewers, pita, rice pilaf, fries, hummus, tzatziki, fry sauce, and even $1 happy hour Olympia beer! It's all been very consistent with quality, flavor, portion, and value. My favorite is the "Petra Special Plate" ($22). You get a beef patty, a pork skewer, chicken skewer, rice or fries, salad, pita bread, hummus, and tzatziki. It's a great sample of what's on their menu, and plus it's a lot of food to share or pig out on! The chicken is surprisingly tender, the beef patty is packed with flavor, and the pork is the best meat. I'm not much of a lamb fan, but I have had it here, and they do it right. Petra is great for happpy hour and late night bites. Food is always served hot and fresh. Meet me at the (Petra) Greek!

My family and I decided to try this spot for the first time after craving Greek food. We don't usually find ourselves in this area, but many of our friends have raved about this place. Finding parking was a bit of a challenge--there were no spots nearby, so we had to circle around the block a few times before finding a metered spot around the corner. When we finally got there, I was surprised by how small and dim the place was. There weren't many windows, so it felt a bit dark inside. I'm glad we ordered to-go because there wasn't a table available when we arrived, though it was almost dinner time, so it might've just been a busy period. The service was straightforward, and we left as soon as we picked up our order. I got the beef and lamb gyro with tzatziki sauce, my wife had the chicken souvlaki with tzatziki, and we also got the kid's beef and lamb gyro. Let me tell you ... our friends weren't exaggerating. This place serves some of the best Greek food in Sac! Every bite was packed with flavor and reminded me of the authentic Greek food we had in Greece. Everything we ordered was delicious and surprisingly filling!

My friend who live near by took me here for the first time. My first time I had lamb chops, lamp chops were ok, lots of fat, I got double salad no rice, salad was fresh, good yogurt sauce and pita was toasted perfectly and good. And I started to order chicken plate via DoorDash, it's always good and love chocolate baklava!

My workplace catered here for an event as it's also just down the street and we were all pretty happy with what we all ordered. Pro: The moment we entered our conference room, we could smell the flavorful aroma and couldn't wait to eat! The portions were plentiful and fresh! The sauces were tasty as well. Con: the gyros are not included with all the fixings. You have to pay extra for feta, lettuce and cucumber which should already be included in the gyro. So be prepared for that. They also forgot to pack some sauces for the hamburgers.
